Company takes next step toward first customer shipments as pre-orders open for the Dynamic Adherent Bioreactor.
Gießen, Germany — 15.07.2026 Today, Green Elephant Biotech announced that indicative pricing for 2027 budget planning for Archimedes® One, the company’s Dynamic Adherent Bioreactor, is now available on request. The move enables cell therapy developers, CDMOs, and bioprocess teams to include the system in their 2027 budget planning ahead of first customer shipments targeted for early next year. Pre-orders are now open.
Archimedes® One was introduced to the market in March 2026 as the first system in a new category — the Dynamic Adherent Bioreactor. The platform addresses a long-standing challenge in cell therapy manufacturing: how to scale adherent cell processes without compromising biology or introducing unnecessary operational complexity. The system enables controlled, perfusion-based adherent culture with integrated process monitoring and automated harvesting, and is compatible with standard biocontrollers for pH, dissolved oxygen, and temperature.
The platform was developed in close collaboration with Bürkert Fluid Control Systems, which joined Green Elephant Biotech as a strategic investor following an initial meeting at analytica 2024. The partnership combines Green Elephant Biotech’s adherent cell cultivation technology with Bürkert’s expertise in fluidic control and automation.
