Macrophage production with CellScrew®: human monocytes are differentiated into functional macrophages and harvested with their response intact — confirmed by IL-1β and TNF-α induction to pyrogen stimuli for MAT applications. Demonstrated at small and larger scale, showing a scalable route from differentiation to production.
