What we're looking for
We are seeking a Full-Cycle Sales Executive (m/f/d) who will play a critical role in driving sales growth across our product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process - from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and account management. Key responsibilites

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
-
Identify and research potential customers in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Conduct cold outreach through emails, calls, and social media to generate leads and interest in Green Elephant Biotech’s offerings.

Qualify leads and set up meetings for product demonstrations and consultations.

Sales Presentations & Relationship Building:

Conduct product demos.

Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and how our products can help meet their bioprocessing challenges.

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Account Management & Customer Support:

Manage ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring successful implementation and continuous usage of our products.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.

Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve any client issues and provide expert-level assistance.

Exhibitions & Travel:

Attend and represent Green Elephant Biotech at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows across Europe and North America.

Showcase our products to a broad audience, connecting with potential clients and building industry relationships.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or laboratory equipment sectors.

Skills: Strong ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cell culture systems, bioprocessing, or related biotech products is required.

Proactive: Self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.

Languages: Excellent English is required; German proficiency is highly beneficial.

Travel: Ability and willingness to travel internationally regularly.
