Say goodbye to open handling steps and manual media transfers. The CellScrew® 10K CCT combines a 6,000 cm² adherent growth surface with fully closed fluid handling — enabling scalable, contamination-safe cell expansion in research, clinical, and manufacturing environments.
Based on the proven CellScrew® 10K platform, this single-use, PLA-based culture device integrates customizable tubing and connector configurations to support closed processing workflows from inoculation to harvest.
With a 6,000 cm² growth surface, one CellScrew® 6K CCT can replace:
- 1 cell stack (6,000 cm²)
- 7 roller bottles (850 cm² each)
- 80T-75 flasks
Optimized for adherent cell culture workflows, the CellScrew® 6K CCT is suitable for commonly used cell lines such as HEK-293, Vero, iPSC, MSC, and other production and research cell types.
Whether used in cell & gene therapy manufacturing, viral vector production, or advanced research applications, the CellScrew® 6K CCT offers a robust, compact, and contamination-safe alternative to traditional open vessels.
Manufactured from 100% renewable polylactic acid (PLA) via additive manufacturing, the CellScrew® 6K CCT offers:

- > 90% harvest efficiency with HEK-293
