What we're looking for
We are seeking an Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to oversee production planning, coordinate supply chain logistics, and support quality management processes like documentation, risk assessments, and validations. You’ll collaborate with external production partners and support the technology transfer of new products.

Key responsibilites
-
Production planning, including personnel scheduling, resource allocation, and planning
-
Coordination of supply chain and procurement for production (raw materials, spare parts, maintenance)

Managing coordination with external production partners

Technology transfer of new products from R&D into production
Quality Management (QM)

Monitoring documentation of in-house and external production processes

Supporting the preparation of risk assessments

Assisting in validation processes

Conducting QM-associated testing and studies on products
Who you are
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular or Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field

Alternatively, a qualification as a Chemical or Mechanical Technician

In-depth understanding of additive manufacturing/3D printing
-
Basic knowledge of quality management in production processes and working with suppliers

Experience in cell culture techniques is a plus

Excellent English skills
